Review of New Cumberland, West Virginia

Housing New Cumberland
Star Rating - 11/5/2008
New Cumberland is the county seat for Hancock County, WV. The small town runs along the Ohio River with part of the housing near the river in the flood plane and the other housing located on the hill and ridge that run along the side the river. The housing is decent and the three main streets, Ridge Ave, Second Ave and Third Ave have a range of houses from older historic homes situation on large lots to smaller brick ranch style homes. There is a range of home styles and prices.
